Training and support program details: Maid Brigade franchisees take advantage of a two prong training that is incredibly unique: 3 days shadowing a 7-figure franchisee. This helps them understand best practices, while focusing on their role within the business. It helps them understand how to grow the brand and manage an office. We follow up with a 4 day training at the franchisee's location. Our VP of Operations trains their first group of employees, while helping them understand how to create awareness to the brand within their community. Our two part training is unique and embraced by all franchisees. It has truly helped our new franchisees grow successfully. Cost for Training: Training is included in the franchise fee.
