What we collect

You can browse, save and compare without giving us personal information. Saved and compared brands are stored only in your browser. If you ask an advisor to follow up, we collect the contact details and goals you provide, plus a record of the consent choices you made and when.

How we use it

An advisor uses your details to contact you about your franchise search. If — and only if — you consent, an advisor may share your name, contact details and goals summary with the specific brands you selected, after reviewing your request with you.

Financial information

Budget and cash answers are used to compare formats and help advisors. They are sent in the body of secure requests, not in page addresses, and are excluded from analytics and logs.

Retention

Inactive enquiries are anonymized after a configured retention period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner by contacting info@franchisingcorp.com.
