Training and support program details: Bee Organized is committed to delivering top-tier training programs, ensuring the uniformity of our brand across any Hive in our network. Bee Organized onboarding process, the Launch Plan, is a comprehensive program designed to ensure your successful business launch. This programming begins with Colony College Prep Course which includes an extensive list of to-do’s that covers items needed to create and start a business. Colony College is the 3-day in-person training in Kansas City with the Main Hive to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to run a successful Bee Organized franchise. During this 3-day session, you’ll cover all critical aspects of the business including our method, brand standards, operations, human relationships and effective business management practices. As a part of Colony College, but closer to your launch, you will join the Main Hive team with a series of virtual sessions to cover additional marketing, sales and goal training. Thereafter, we offer the Pre-Flight and then the Take Flight portions of the Launch Plan as a continuation of the Colony College training and support. You will complete your Launch Plan and Colony College prior to your Territory opening which will arm you with support and knowledge needed to confidently launch and grow your Bee Organized business. During your launch and for your first year of business, you will be assigned a Colony Advisor who will act as your first touchpoint to the Main Hive on any questions you may have and provide you with the direction of the support and resources that we have available for a successful launch and first year in business. You will also be invited to join the Main Hive, along with other Zee Bees that are within their first year on an optional monthly call to discuss tactical questions, review support resources and tools and collaborate with one another.
