Training and support program details: Franchisees will receive a combination of classroom and On-The-Job hands on training in Scranton, PA facility. This training will encompass 5 days of training equal to approximately 50 hours of training and will cover such things as: History & Values of Disaster Blaster, Use of our Training and Operations Manuals, Pre-Opening Procedures, People Management, Marketing & Promotion, Management Procedures, Franchise Reporting Requirements, Office/Administrative Procedures, Customer Service, Sales Procedures (Quoting Jobs), Disaster Recovery Procedures, Software System Instruction, & Safety Procedures. Upon opening a representative from our company will travel to your site to aide in your initial set up and to get you running. Webinar training will also be made available on various topics. Cost for Training: Pre-opening initial training for two individuals at no cost.
