Training and support program details: Every Franchisee is Assigned a Marketing Manager who provides local marketing/advertising guidance & support. Additionally, each franchisee is assigned an operations Manager who is responsible to assist the owner in executing the AAMCO playbook that's been perfected over 60 years. We provide a robust training regimen, both at AAMCO University located outside of Atlanta, GA where we conduct classroom instruction as well as on the job hands on technical training inside AAMCO's 'mock shop' located at AAMCO University. Also, our online Learning Management System provides over 1,100 training certification modules. Finally, AAMCO's operations and technical teams conduct ongoing weekly training webinars for all AAMCO technical and sales employees. Our Recruiting Department supports every franchisee's staffing needs. Please be sure to submit your broker disclosure form to AAMCO before making your first introduction.
