Training and support

Training
Training and support program details: Twinkle Star Dance Academy provides an initial training program consisting of approximately 40 hours of virtual classroom instruction and about 24 hours of on-the-job training at the franchisee’s studio as part of Studio Opening Assistance. Training covers curriculum and class operations, recital planning and execution, teacher recruiting and management, customer service, enrollment and retention systems, business administration, and orientation to the Operations Manual. Training for up to four people is included; additional trainees may attend for a current fee of $1,500 per person. During opening, a TSDA team member provides on-site support for approximately three to five days, which is treated as roughly 40 training hours and may exceed as needed. Ongoing support includes advisory assistance via phone and web for operational, administrative, sales, and management matters; evaluation of new products and services and related best-practice guidance; provision and updates of proprietary Operations Manuals; listing on the TSDA website with lead forwarding; and, at the franchisor’s discretion, conferences or conventions that franchisees may attend at their own travel expense. There are no mandatory refresher trainings at this time, subject to change by notice. Pre-opening assistance includes territory assignment, site-selection guidance and a site-selection manual, lease review and approval procedures, and readiness coaching on staffing, systems, and milestone checklists leading into opening week. Summary data: four included training seats, optional additional trainees at $1,500 each, about 64 total training hours before opening (classroom plus on-the-job), and three to five days of on-site opening support, delivered through virtual classroom sessions, live coaching, on-site assistance, manuals, and continuing advisory support. This summary is for convenience; the current FDD and Franchise Agreement control all terms and details.
