Training and support program details: Extensive training and support from onboarding to operational mastery: 70+ Hours of Elite, Multi-Format Training - Online modules, live coaching, in-person immersion, and tools training covering recruiting, sales, operations, and compliance. 4-Week Intensive Launch Experience - Self-paced & live Zoom sessions (Weeks 1–2), 5-day in-person bootcamp in Mexico (Week 3), and implementation & coaching week (Week 4). Certification & Readiness - Roleplays, simulations, and readiness assessments ensure confidence before launch. Only those who meet all completion criteria are certified for operations.
